Dr. David Arthur Sampson, Research Scientist
Interest Areas: I am a plant physiological ecologist, or ecophysiologist. I am also a process modeler. My interests, then, are in forest production ecology and the controls governing the physiological and morphological responses of forest ecosystems to edaphic and climatic driving variables. I focus my modeling on developing appropriate simulation tools for the research questions of interest to policy makers and stakeholders.
